Our red curtains in our livingroom had started going pink at the edges from the sun...
So we spent Thanksgiving day, and night, painting the whole wall a bit darker, and the insides of the windowsills white.
These pics aren't the best...but yay! Pretty blinds! A friend of ours does them and he framed the windows as well, so cute! Tada!
It makes our whole room feel so much bigger...and brighter. Yay!

Wow! It really does make it look bigger and brighter! How fun! I'll have to enlist your help when we finally move back (and own a place that I can do cool stuff to. :)
