These are some photos of the beachfront in Durban. Normally this looks like a nice paved boardwalk with shops and stuff. Its totally under water.
This is the restaurant we usually eat at on the beach...the Wimpy. Check the windows that are smashed in.
Sand totally covers the boardwalk now. They say that 50 million rands worth of damage happened in the Durban area. Schools were closed down cause the wind lifted off the roofs, or trees fell on the classsrooms. Hectic stuff!

We just met some of our new neighbors and they're from Durban, SA!
yikes! that sounds very eventful. I can't believe we're going to have babies soon! So crazy!
